Name: Breeze Geier
Hometown: Miami, FL
Breeze has been immersed in improv for over a decade. For the last four years, he has coached teams and taught both long form and short form improv in Los Angeles, Irvine and online to adults and high school students. Check out his website at ImprovBreeze.com.
Trained by Mission Improvable at the Westside Comedy Theater in Santa Monica, Second City and by renowned instructors such as Jay Sukow, Jeff Michalski, Rich Baker, Brian Palermo and Dave Razowsky, Breeze takes improv a little too seriously for his own good. As a trial lawyer, Breeze appreciates that, unlike in the courtroom, when he bombs on stage no one goes to prison! At least so far!
Breeze has visited 66 countries on six continents, flies seaplanes, is a karate black belt, a PADI Divemaster and a published author, but his favorite passion is to take the stage and make people laugh. He has performed stand-up at The Comedy Store in Hollywood, at Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade Playhouse and Westside Comedy Theater, and at the Warner Theater Annex in San Pedro. A graduate of a Los Angeles screen writing school, Breeze has several projects pending (but who doesn't?!)
Breeze's two-man team, Beanstick performs on the We Make Movies YouTube and Facebook pages almost every Friday evening. His prior team, Room 604, produced and played in a weekly show at the Improv Space in Westwood, CA for several years.
Breeze is thrilled to be performing at ImprovCity with a cast of talented, genuinely nice people to whom he joyfully declares: Yes, and!
