Frequently Asked Questions
Our Main Stage ImprovCity shows are on Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Our Thursday and Sunday shows are at 7:30pm. We also have Tuesday shows at 7:30pm on every 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month.
ImprovCity shows run approximately 90 minutes long.
Doors open at 7pm for early show and 9:15pm for late show.
Our shows are fun-filled, fast-paced, and completely improvised. Yes, we said improvised – it’s never scripted and never planned. We take suggestions from the audience and our cast creates hilarious scenes, songs, and more on the spot. And since it’s all improvised, no two shows are ever the same.
7:30pm shows are rated PG-13.
9:30pm shows are uncensored – meaning they may delve into adult topics, themes or language, so take that into consideration.
We are located at 138 W. Main Street, Tustin, CA 92780 between “C” Street and El Camino Real.
You can park on the street and there is also a large public parking structure located just behind our building.
We have assorted beers, soft drinks and bottled water available, as well as assorted chips and candy available for purchase. No outside food or drink is allowed.
No. It’s there if you wish to buy something, but if you aren’t thirsty or craving a snack, then no worries.
Yes. There are plenty of places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat. Here are just a few: Rutabegorz, American Grub, Roma D’Italia, Chaak Kitchen, The Black Marlin, Honda-Ya, Divan Mediterranean Grill, and CENTRO Storico Spaghetteria.
Show tickets for Friday/Saturday are $18 per adult, $15 for military/student/senior (55+), and $5 for any children 10 years old or under.
Show tickets for Thursday/Sunday are $15 per adult, $12 for military/student/senior (55+), and $5 for any children 10 years old or under.
Tuesday tickets are $10 person and $5 for any children 10 years old or under.
Yes, we accept most major credit cards.
No, unfortunately we do not offer any group discounts at the moment.
We STRONGLY encourage purchasing tickets in advance, as shows can sell out. We permit changes or cancellations to your tickets up to 12:00pm (Noon) the day of the performance. Please e-mail us at improvcity@improvcityonline.com if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations after 12:00pm (Noon) the day of the performance are non-refundable.

Yes. While our long-running, award-winning show is our main attraction, ImprovCity does offer other types of shows throughout the week.
